My journey with yoga began in 2015 when I was living in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. It was a time of great transformation for me, as I explored my body's capabilities and discovered a newfound strength and flexibility. As I continued my practice, I found that yoga was more than just a physical exercise, but a spiritual practice that helped me to reconnect with my true self and create the person I am today. Through yoga, I have developed a passion for helping others to find their inner strength and to create a life that is true to their authentic self. I believe that yoga can be a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth, and I strive to share this knowledge with others.
I am an Italian-Israeli on my passport, but I consider myself a global citizen. Over the past decade, I have been fortunate enough to travel extensively for my studies and live in various countries, such as Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Each of these places has enriched my life in its own unique way, and I am grateful for the opportunity to experience different cultures and ways of life. I am proficient in four languages now: Italian, Spanish, English, and German. Additionally, I have a basic understanding of Portuguese and Hebrew.
From the moment I discovered Pole Dancing, I was hooked. I was passionate about the Aerial World and dedicated myself to learning as much as I could. I have several diplomas in Pole Dancing, Aerial Hoop, and Aerial Silks Instruction, and I'm a certified Flexibility Coach and a 200 RYT - Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.
I have developed a passion for teaching people to move their bodies in ways they never thought possible, and I am committed to helping them unlock their potential and reach their goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone can learn, grow, and discover their inner strength and confidence. With the right guidance and support, I believe that anyone can reach their goals and achieve their dreams. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential and am dedicated to providing the best possible learning experience.
Since I was a little girl, I have always been passionate about movement and the power of the body. I had never been very flexible before, but a few years ago I decided to embark on a journey to improve my flexibility. I dedicated myself to the task, studying the best techniques and approaches, and practicing diligently and with discipline. Over time, I have seen remarkable progress in my flexibility and I am proud of the progress I have made. Since then, I was drawn to the idea of exploring the infinite capabilities of the body and the power of mindfulness. I believe that by combining the best of both worlds, we can create a more meaningful life and reach our highest potential.
