In my WanderLAB, I will share with you all my knowledge and insights about yoga, flexibility and aerial, and how it can help you create a powerful connection between your body, mind, and spirit. Vinyasa is a style of Yoga characterized by stringing postures together in a fluid, dynamic sequence, using breath as the bridge between each pose. This practice focuses on strengthening the core while energizing the whole body, creating a balance between effort and ease. With each movement, we become more aware of our breath, allowing us to move with greater mindfulness and intention.
A 12 minute flow which will help you increase flexibility and mobility in your back. This practice will help you strengthen and lengthen your back muscles, which keeps your posture aligned and your back healthy and without pain. To maximize the benefits of this flow, I suggest you to repeat it 2-3 times per week.
Yin Yoga is a slow and fluid practice that is designed to deeply affect both the mind and body. It focuses on stretching the hips, stimulating and balancing the free flow of Prana between the chakras of the body, healing the meridians and organs, calming moods, and providing a sense of wellbeing and tranquility. By engaging in this practice, you can experience a profound sense of relaxation and inner peace.
