Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and invigorating style of yoga that offers numerous benefits for both the body and the mind. Vinyasa Yoga connects one posture to another using the breath. This can be thought of as a connection or flow in postures and is why it is called "Yoga Flow" and is a very "breath-synchronized" practice. In fact, Ujjayi Breath is the breathing technique used: inhaling and exhaling in a rhythmic through the nose. In my practice we will move smoothly from one position to another, using our breath and connecting each movement of the body in a fluid way. It is a lesson suitable for both beginners and practitioners, I will offer more options of the same sequence for all levels.
